Students are responsible for all previous testing requirements

 Training

The test for High Red Belt should be about 4 to 5 months after receiving your red belt. As always it can take a long or shorter time depending on factors like attendance and effort. 

 Stances

Knowledge of all stances and their applications should be demonstrated. 

Blocks

Palm Block 

Strikes

(Jirugi)

 All previous strikes should be able to be performed with the front and back hand with accuracy and power.

 Kicks

(Chagi)

 All basic kicks and their variations (skipping, jumping, turning) should be able to be performed with control and power.

 Self Defense

Student should be able to defend knife attacks done in any order
